Rain today. Down to the Rec Center with Carrie to work out. 4 Miles on the Elipical, 1.2 miles on the treadmill (until a blister drove me off) and then decided I ought to get credit for biking. 5 miles on the staionary bike.

Started at St Charles LDS Chapel and rode towards Garden City. Continued all the way around Bear Lake. The last 11.6 mile was a sprint to the finish (in pitch darkness).
