Rode around the neighborhood on Carrie's road bike. Wow it was nice......

Rain today. Down to the Rec Center with Carrie to work out. 4 Miles on the Elipical, 1.2 miles on the treadmill (until a blister drove me off) and then decided I ought to get credit for biking. 5 miles on the staionary bike.
