When I got home from Work there was a note on the counter. Mom was out walking by herself, Carrie was out running by herself. Landon had gone snowboarding with his friends so I went to the Rec Center, by myself and rode a stationary bike. Fun Friday night ehhh?
Rode for 65 minutes and traveled 20.8 miles. I think this is about 19 miles per hour
